In my strategy class, I presented on a current case about Bayern Munich investing in the Chinese market. I formulated a strategy that the football team could utilize in the next couple of years and analyzed the team's competitive advantage.
BASTEN COLLEGE ATHLETIC PROGRAM BUSINESS PRESENTATION

For this presentation, our group was asked to create not only a college but also a more unique and different athletic program compared to current NCAA schools. Our proposal included athletic endorsements, financial classes for athletes, and a compensation system.
MAJOR LEAGUE LACROSSE BUSINESS STRATEGY PRESENTATION
November 2016
Our group constructed an entirely new business strategy for Major League Lacrosse. We focused on building the MLL's social media, marketing, sponsorships, and length of season.
